Fernando found a great tenant for my property quickly and made the entire process easy by handling everything from marketing and showings to screening and lease execution.

We only had a few days to find the perfect place while visiting ChicagoaEUR"up against the deadline of our move. We also had very little familiarity with the city. Fernando was outstanding to work with. He is effective, positive, energetic, and on your team. It worked out wonderfully, and we are so happy with the apartment in which we now live.

Fernando was the best possibly realtor my husband and I could have hoped for buying our first home. He started the process with simple explanations that made the process seem easy and manageable. Throughout the experience, he explained everything in a very thorough way, helped us with any questions, and made the effort to check in with us often. Fernando not only was attentive and helpful but he was so kind and fun to have throughout the process. He helped us find our perfect home so quickly and so painlessly. We will genuinely miss talking with him so frequently and I could not recommend him more when looking for a realtor. Thank you Fernando!!!!!

This is the second time I've worked with Fernando, first with a condo sale and now with buying. Fernando was amazing guiding me through both processes! For the sale process, he provided a very accurate estimate for the timeline and price. He also managed preparing the condo for sale, including providing contractors whenever necessary. For my condo purchase, Fernando was able to guide me through a very competitive market and found my perfect condo, in my perfect neighborhood, well within my budget. Fernando was very communicative throughout the each process and was able to provide his expert opinion which made any decisions I needed to make much easier. I would recommend Fernando to anyone buying or selling in the Chicago area.

Used Fernando again for apartment hunting for the second time, and was as amazing as the first time! He goes above and beyond, super responsive, and is such a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend him enough!
