ZillowVERIFIEDWe started looking for a home in the Front Royal, Strasburg, Winchester area in February. We figured with the internet we wouldn't need an agent. We called Sager Realtors about a home and Melissa responded. We were very impresses with her knowledge of the area so started working with her. Turns out she was raised in the area we were interested in and had a great deal of knowledge about the area. She quickly realized the type of home we were looking for and was able to inform us of homes the minute they came on market. Since we were in a sellers market moving quickly was a must. We found a nice home being built in Strasburg. Being a home under construction we ran into several problems including construction delays and delays cause by the town. Melissa knew the builder and was able to stay on top of him to keep things moving along. We just settled on July 19 and are very happy with the home. If you are looking to buy or sell in the northern Shenandoah valley Melissa Crider of Sager Realtors would be a great agent to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I consider Melissa Crider of Sager Real Estate to be my "long distance agent". After travelling 400 miles from NC I met Melissa and we viewed several properties. When I made my decision Melissa immediately located an attorney, POA info, septic info and all other things needed to make me a Virginia land owner. Unfortunately I was unable to make the move to Virginia so I called Melissa to sell the land for me. She advised me of the currant property value and sold the land. I did not make another 400 mile trip; Melissa took care of everything. If I ever need an agent in Virginia Melissa Crider of Sager Real Estate will be my first call.

When presented with a question to which she didn't know the answer, she would admit she didn't know. Then she researched until she found the answer. She was able to explain all aspects of procedures and paperwork. She also listens and pays attention to my needs and expectations. Melissa is a very good communicator. She never talked over me; she is upfront and down to Earth. She didn't need to pretend she knew all the answers immediately; she either knew the answer or she'd find out. I had a difficult renter while trying to sell my house so it was important to have a realtor who worked hard and focused on my goal of selling while working around all aspects of the Covid Pandemic.

After we sold (in another state), we went back to her to find us another one. Because Strasburg is currently a VERY HIGH DEMAND AREA for homes, it took a while to FINALLY get the one we wanted and Melissa was amazing through it all. She KNOWS the area and homes coming available that no one else knows of through personal connections, and consistently gave us accurate information to guide us, always took calls immediately or texted if she was in showings or meetings...all hours!
