I was going through this process as a single person and it was great how she could offer ideas, but let me make the decision unless I asked for extra help. She was great at helping me find what made sense to me. She also had local advice and connections that really helped make some of the inspection and the like go quickly. She also had a good sense of humor which is needed during these things! I would definitely work with her again and am thankful we connected.
