It was great working with Melissa! I appreciated her positive attitude and ability to offer advice, but not suggestions unless asked. I was going through this process as a single person and it was great how she could offer ideas, but let me make the decision unless I asked for extra help. She was great at helping me find what made sense to me. She also had local advice and connections that really helped make some of the inspection and the like go quickly. She also had a good sense of humor which is needed during these things! I would definitely work with her again and am thankful we connected.

First off, I researched what I thought the property was worth. I was very confident in my valuation until...... Melissa told me she can do better. Melissa met with me and gave me direction on what needed to be done prior to sale. I followed her recommendations and left the rest to her. Melissa kept me up to date on showings and feedback. Within two months my house was sold, AND as Melissa thought, for 10% more than I expected.
