Coldwell Banker Uptown Realty

As an out of state seller, I hired Melissa, based on her positive web reviews, and my experience with Caldwell Bankers Agents who always seemed well trained, and connected into the local community: I was not disappointed. She is a Wonderful Person, Smart, Personable, Helpful, Action Oriented, Articulate, A good Communicator, and when appropriate, Empathetic and a Good Listener. She guided us in listing, then prepping my sister-in-law Rose's home, which required an estate like sale to remove furnishings, and then coordinate any repairs or overdue maintenance needed to bring it up to the high standards we expected to present it at. She was invaluable in recommending local trades people and coordinating their work for us. We worked together to sort through speculator's bids (She read through the voluminous contracts distilling them into a one/two paragraph e-mails for my decision, often time stamped after midnight) until we found what we were looking for, someone who loved the home as much Rose, who passed away 10 days before planned closing. Together, despite this new challenge, we rallied as a team, including the Title Co. to bring the sale to fruition and not disappoint the new buyers. Looking to buy or sell a home, give Melissa a call, you won't be disappointed. Jim & Phyllis Duffy

Melissa is super helpful! She responded any time of day and all ways keep on track with us and our goals. She got us into our dream home! I would recommend her to anyone.

She was amazing! My husband and I were brand new to the house buying experience and she made it so easy for us to understand the house buying process! She worked with our busy schedule and always gave us promptly updates on house we were interested in. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to find there dream home!

She was extremely helpful and responsive...even on weekends. Since we were three hours away we would ask her what the measurements were for this or that to help with the move. She would get right on it. In short, she went way beyond to help us with the purchase and the actual move. Her skills with working with the sellers agent was also phenomenal. There were some challenges which she always worked through.

Melissa was AMAZING and helped us find our DREAM first home!! She showed us tons of options and was so patient while we searched around to find something perfect. Fantastic experience overall!!
