Melissas expertise, guidance, and dedication made buying our home a seamless and stress-free experience. She was always responsive and knowledgeable and went above and beyond throughout the entire process. We knew Melissa was exceptional when she called us less than an hour after we had expressed interest in a house listed on Zillow. This diligence and responsiveness characterized our entire experience from beginning to end. Since we lived outside of the country and were completely unfamiliar with the Atlanta area, we needed more assistance than your average homebuyer. Melissa was exactly what we needed. Melissa identified homes that met our criteria and created itineraries that allowed ample time to see houses and explore neighborhoods while minimizing our travel time. She also generously shared useful information on a range of topics, including mortgage lender and insurance referrals, nearby shopping areas and amenities, and local service providers. Once our offer was accepted, Melissa provided unwavering support through the closing. She followed up with us on outstanding items and communicated with the title company, lender, and sellers agent, as needed. In short, she was instrumental to closing on time. Melissas support and help continued beyond closing. Since we cant move to the house for a couple of months, she offered to periodically check on the property. She is an absolute godsend! We have already recommended her without hesitation to other friends who are considering Atlanta.
