When we bought our house, our first offer was refused related to a contingency clause. Melissa called the other agent and convinced them to let us resubmit without the clause. We ended up purchasing that home. She is also an incredibly lovely and thoughtful person and knows what she is doing. She is also very knowledgeable about inspections and remodeling, which was very helpful to have in the process. Overall, Melissa is a gem. You will be lucky to work with her.
