Melinda was recommended to us by a friend. She was kind and compassionate to our situation which was selling my mother's townhouse, quickly as we emptied it. Her suggestions and encouragement made the entire process easier. Even though she felt we needed to do some updating, we opted to sell "as is" which was an emotional choice for me. To see my mother's beautiful but dated house looking shabby was tough. Melinda was supportive and positive and kept me positive. Her treatment of my 92 year old mother was kind and understanding and again, compassionate. My mother was very comfortable with her from the very beginning, trusting her completely. Melinda is so professional, flexible and calming. If I knew someone thinking of selling in the area, she would be my first choice!

We could not have bought our house in March of this year without Jeff's help. He showed us homes that fit the needs for our family. Melinda was incredibly knowledgable about the local market and the process and took the time to understand all the upgrades and work that had been to my condo and worked with the appraiser to ensure that it was properly valued so that it sold for the highest possible price.
