ZillowVERIFIED Melinda sold me my first house back in 1985 as a new real estate agent and then sold it for me when I moved away in 1997. She then sold me a house when I moved back to Athens in 2000. I actually bought my second house "sight unseen" and she made everything so easy for me from setting me up with a good mortgage lender to negotiations as well as all of the other processes that go along with buying a house. She also helped my husband buy and sell a house and he was thrilled with her and how she was very responsive and skillful during the process. I would highly recommend Melinda. She is not only knowledgeable and responsive, but she's also very passionate about what she does and her sincerity is what makes her different from the average real estate agent.
