Melinda was so great to work with for the selling of my first home and the purchase of my second. She is so knowledgeable and always looking out for your best interest. If you let her know what you want she will go to work for you and provided some quality contractor resources. My fiance and I had the BEST possible experience with Melinda. We were first-time home buyers and we were pretty clueless. Melinda was with us every step of the way. There was not one time that I texted or called her that Melinda did not respond as close as possible to immediately.
