Melanie and her team were exceptional throughout our home-selling process. From the start, Melanie proved to be professional, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and successful. Her team provided excellent support during a challenging time when our property and neighborhood were impacted by straight-line winds and tornado activity. Melanie?s invaluable direction during our pause for storm cleanup and repair was crucial. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to return to the market quickly and sold our home shortly after. We are thrilled to have met and worked with Melanie and her professional team. Highly recommended!

Melanie was instrumental in the sale of our home and working out all the details when unexpected bad weather and new home repairs needed caused some issues right before our closing. She was creative in problem solving and ultimately came up with a way for us to still close as planned in a highly u usual situation. We are absolutely thrilled with her service! She is compassionate, warm, extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, easy to talk with, and has been so helpful to us! She has many contacts in the industry and helped us on both the sale of our home but also navigating the waters of building new construction. I couldnt recommend her more highly and we will absolutely use her again if we move in the future!

We chose Melanie because she grew up in Salado and is an expert on the community. She also came with very good recommendations. Melanie was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accessible. Although we were working the purchase from Japan, we never had any problems communicating with her. We will definitely recommend Melanie to others!
