Beverly's real estate career is built on a diverse professional foundation. Before entering real estate, she spent 16 years as a professional educator, dedicating much of that time to teaching secondary mathematics. Her analytical skills naturally led her into real estate appraisal, where she operated Wallace Appraisals and earned the designation of State Certified General Appraiser, the highest level of appraisal certification. She later followed her passion for photography and became the proprietor of Image Photography, where she managed a staff of 10, developed major client accounts, and built a growing clientele. These experiences gave Beverly an unusually broad understanding of property
value, market analysis, presentation, photography, marketing, communication, and client service.
