My husband and I were brand new homebuyers, we literally knew nothing! We had so many questions and Melanie was very patient to answer them all. We really enjoyed working with Melanie, she was also very responsive, no matter the day and tiem. Melanie also went above and beyond sending additional information we may need to help us witj our first home purchase. We spent almost 3 months looking for the right property before finally closing one . During those three months of searching Melanie was patient and helpful throughout the entire process! With this last property we ended up purchasing, Melanie continued to demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skill to help us and the sellers meet at a price that makes sense for both parties while maintaining relationships. In conclusion, I would strongly recommend Melanie to anyone who is in need of a realtor!

Melanie was fantastic- always went the extra mile and met us at any property any day and time requested. Got inspections and vendors together in 24 hours and got answers to questions we had for sellers in a timely manner.
