1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get clear on your priorities early, understand your true buying power, and work with an agent who knows how to position you competitively — not just submit offers. I always encourage buyers to focus on long-term livability and resale value, while staying flexible and decisive when the right opportunity appears.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Preparation and pricing are everything. The goal isn’t just to list — it’s to launch the home correctly. That means understanding current market conditions, positioning the property to stand out, and pricing it based on data, not emotion. Strategic preparation, professional marketing, and strong negotiation on the back end are what ultimately net sellers the best result.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients including first-time buyers, seasoned investors, luxury buyers and sellers, relocations, military families, and high-net-worth individuals with complex portfolios. Many of my clients own multiple properties across different states, and I regularly help people navigate both primary residences and investment-focused decisions.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of my favorite recent transactions involved helping a long-time renter finally purchase her first home in a market with extremely limited inventory. We had to move quickly, structure a clean offer, and navigate multiple conversations to make the deal work — all while keeping her protected and confident throughout the process. Seeing her finally get the keys after years of searching was incredibly rewarding.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in real estate in 2007 working at a mortgage company, which gave me a strong foundation in lending, financing, and deal structure. In 2014, I transitioned into real estate sales while actively flipping homes, which deepened my understanding of value, construction, and investment strategy. That background still shapes how I advise clients today.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes. My background in mortgage lending, hands-on experience flipping homes, and over a decade of full-time sales have given me a comprehensive view of real estate beyond just buying and selling. I’ve personally completed over 250 transactions and more than $125 million in sales, and I’ve been recognized nationally and within my brokerage for performance and client service. Clients benefit from my ability to anticipate issues, evaluate value accurately, and negotiate from an informed, strategic position.
