ZillowVERIFIEDThere is only one problem with Melanie...We cant take her with us to assist with the purchase of our home at our new location. The first thing that comes to mind when describing Melanie is Above and Beyond. It was evident that from the very fist time we communicated, she genuinely cared about the needs of her clients and took extra steps to ease the process along. She was very professional and patient throughout the entire process of selling our home. She is very knowledgable about the Montgomery area and really knows her stuff when it comes to the ins and outs of real estate. She was always very responsive to texts and phone calls and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response. The process of selling our home was very emotional and Melanie was there every step of the way to be a voice of reason or simply a friendly ear to vent to. She was always willing to offer her personal opinion as to whether something was a good deal or not, but she was also very respectable and never interjected if not asked to do so. We will likely not purchase another home in this area, but if we did, I would not hesitate to reach out to Melanie to use her as an agent in the future. I would recommend her 100 out of 100 times.

This was our first home and Melanie walked through each step of the process with us with kindness and patience. She never got frustrated with our questions or made us feel bad for having a plethora of questions. After our initial meeting with Melanie she set up an online profile for us where we could see houses that were on the market and would be able to quickly message her about being able to see those homes. When Melanie was unable to get us into the house, she would have her son ? Colton, also a realtor ? show us the home. Colton was professional and a joy to work with as well. Melanie was responsive to all texts and emails often talking with us well into the evening over potential homes. She and her husband Wade were always willing to discuss various aspects of homes with us; acting as a sounding board for things we were unsure of in potential homes. Melanie didn?t even break a sweat and handled each problem we encountered with the upmost respect and professionalism.
