My experience with Mei was unpleasant. Before arriving to the property she stated that she had scheduled another tour for the property at 5:30 and if the other party showed before I did, to wait in the car. I arrived at 5:25pm, the tour was very lackluster. I basically had to give myself a tour, which I thought was very rude. Needless to say, when I walked downstairs the other party had shown up. Mei was actually providing them with a grand tour. I was very disappointed after seeing this because I really wanted this townhome but the way I was treated, I decided to spend my money elsewhere.

Extremely rude. Very bad communication and customer service skills. Quick conversation and rudely said it was not in my price range. Mrs. Mei had no idea of my financial income. Unfortunately, not knowing that I was. I would not have called if I did not. She asked personal questions but because of the fact that I was not a college student Mrs. Mei was not interested to finish our conversation about renting the property.
