It illustrates the fact that just because you have credentials, doesn't mean you are the best at what you do. You need to search to find the best of the best in order to excel and get the best result. Megan does this in every respect. She is clearly one of the best in her field. I didn't meet Megan by accident. We were looking to buy some real estate and I didn't want just any realtor. I looked for one with a history of great reviews and a bio that showed she had a deep knowledge of the industry and decades of experience. In a competitive market, this is important. She has a passion for a job done well and she cares. She comes from a family of real estate professionals and it shows. Watching Megan selling the same house years later, it is clear that Megan also looks for similar qualities in professionals she hires. Staggers, cleaners, carpet installers and home inspectors all contribute to an excellent experience and end result. Her experience shows in every aspect of her job making an efficient and smooth process from start to finish. Her sense of humor and warm attitude show through in every interaction. The process was not super easy ( because the sellers were very difficult) but Megan was very communicative and helped us through the whole process. ZillowVERIFIED Being first-time homebuyers and going into the housing market game during the COVID pandemic was extremely intimidating and nerve-racking. There were not a lot of houses available for purchase at the time and buyers were incredibly aggressive. Like $180K+ over asking price - it was maddening. On top of that, the pressure to go to an open house, read supporting documents, and then put in an offer (waiving things like inspections) within three days had us concerned that we would end up with buyer's remorse. We had so many questions, and we sometimes had to ask those same questions more than once! But Megan was there with us the whole entire time - she is so patient and answered our questions in a way that made sense and never made us feel like idiots! She stayed up late communicating between us and the sellers' agents; woke up early to visit houses with us; was on-call when we had to meet offer deadlines, negotiate with the sellers, or to answer that same question we've already asked twice before. We got kicked down so many times, we felt like the losing team in [insert any sports movie you can think of here] and Megan was our rockstar coach. She talked us off cliffs, gave us fuel to keep going, and took the time to understand what we were looking for so we would only see houses that made sense to us. We honestly did not find our current home without Megan, seriously. I saw the listing for our current home and just brushed it off at first, but Megan encouraged us to visit it, and we are so incredibly happy we trusted her. Every time we cook, relax, garden and gather in our current home, we think about Megan and how thankful we were to have her fighting alongside with us on our journey. We hope to stay in our current home for a long time. But I know that if we ever decided to move on to something else, Megan will be the first person we call. Good luck out there!

BTW, consider doing that also if you are buying. The market is pretty complex for buyers, so it is great to have an agent that knows what is market price and how the new normal works for contingency offers. I would totally trust her again to buy or sell, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for the right agent.

ZillowVERIFIED In October 2018, after a divorce and job loss, I realized I might lose my home and decided to sell. Megan was recommended to me by my neighbors, who she represented to buy their house. She assessed my situation and recommended a selling strategy based on it, hired an excellent photographer, and wrote a unique and enticing description for the listing. She recommended the best time to list and the best price to sell quickly with maximum return. While it was on the market, the water got shut off, due in part to me taking time off to prepare the house for sale. Megan got the water turned back on, got the electric out the danger zone, and helped hire a contractor I could afford to do the necessary repairs to satisfy the buyer's underwriter's demands. She was very responsive throughout and walked me through all the paperwork. She also negotiated a very reasonable rental agreement with the buyers so I could stay in the house 1 month after the sale, giving me adequate time to move.We listed April 15th 2019 and closed May 28th 2019 at $5,000 below the asking price.I can truly say that without Megan's diligence, professionalism, and care I would not be where I am today: purchasing a new home outside of Seattle with money in my pocket. Very highly recommended.
