We started our search very early and she patiently assisted us for over a year as we got closer to our move date and narrowed down our search. She went above and beyond in many ways including long days of viewing dozens of homes, assisting with obtaining appraisal, insurance, HOA application, working with our lender, and going out of her way to make sure we were informed and on track. This was only a seasonal rental but Megan worked diligently and finally found a suitable short term seasonal rental which accepted our dog This was not going to be much of a financial gain for Megan but she assured us she wanted to help in any way possible to find a rental for us
