We hired Megan Fass and her team at FASS Results to sell our home in McLean, Virginia this fall. This is the third time that we have worked with Megan and her team. Megan first met with us to understand our goals, inform us of the market and agree on a plan for the sale process. The FASS Results team assisted in readying our home for sale in a very compressed period and did considerable work to help us present the home. Following our plan, FASS Results arranged over 15 house visits in the first week, and we had an o?er in 8-9 days. We negotiated a contract relying on Megans advice and moved on to closing. Several complications arose and Megans negotiating skills and personal involvement in every detail resulted in an excellent result for both buyer and seller. In our experience FASS Results and Megan is the best realtor in the Northern Virginia area and is proficient in representing buyers as well as sellers. We give the highest recommendation for Megan and her team and believe that any seller or buyer would be well served by the FASS Results team.

Gaylie and Rachel were a pleasure to work with while selling my house . They know the local market and have researched, and are knowledgeable in, the Jefferson Manor neighborhood. Gaylie provided a clear and comprehensive view of the process and how the housing market works in general. My house had a long-term tenant that had been there for more than 20 years. After touring the house she provided three options for selling it. These options related to how much I was willing to spend to rectify deferred maintenance issues . In effect, they provided me with a cost-benefit analysis thatA included three options. This informationA allowed us to develop a targeted plan for making key renovations to allow me to get the maximum net profit for selling the property. My tenantA was having difficultyA finding a new place to live so Gaylie took it uponA herselfA to help him find one! Doing this helped to insure the tenant would vacate the house in time to have the contractors begin the renovations.A As if all this was not enough, she also lined up all the contractors to do the neededA repairs. This included painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, andA masonryA repairs, among other things. She located the contractors, acted as a liaison and monitored their progress. She was amazing and took care of everything!A I cannot say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond on several occasions and was always pleasant and easy to work with.A She definitely earned her commission and made the home sale a breeze for me. As first-time home-buyers, we started out with very little knowledge of the home buying process. Working with Paul at FASS Results was a great experience, and made everything seem easy from start to finish. From our very first call, Paul walked us through each step, clearly answering all our questions and explaining options so we could make the best choices for our family. His understanding of the market, his relationships with local listing agents, and his insight into offer strategies were all invaluable as we looked at many houses and made multiple offers in the competitive Northern Virginia area.
