Matthew and Adam were able to take care of the GA end of things including having to have land resurveyed in a very quick manner and they kept me informed the entire way. We actually closed in 28 days thanks to Matthew being able to deal with issues with experience and skill! Would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Matthew listed our home on a Monday. We had 12 showings scheduled over the next two days and had a full price contract at the end of the second day. What could have been a very overwhelming process was made easier because Matthew was respectful of our time and our need for 'appointment only' showings (we have an indoor pet). ZillowVERIFIED Matthew Studdard was terrific from the initial stages of house hunting through the closing of our beautiful new home. I was searching online for available properties and made an inquiry. Matthew immediately contacted me and really listened to our space, location and amenities needs and desires. He spent many hours researching and showing properties and finding answers to our questions and concerns. He didn't try to rush us into selecting a home just to make a sale. Fortunately Matthew is a very patient person with a lot of knowledge who never once made me feel unintelligent for not knowing even the basics of what to do and ensured that I got a good deal on a home during the negotiation process.One of the many things I liked about Mat, among him always being able to speak with me, is that he seems to actually want you to get a good deal more than he wants to sell a house. If I thought something might be a good deal, he would, without forcing his opinion on me, inform me of reasons that he didn't think it was as smart of a purchase as I might have thought (i.e. crime rate in or near by, flood areas, etc).It was very reassuring at how knowledgeable and thorough of a real estate agent he is, who on a couple of occasions went and checked out the house after some bad storms to make sure that there was nothing wrong with it. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who ask.
