ZillowVERIFIED Matt constantly goes above and beyond any realtor that I have ever heard of. He answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. He even helped us get a letter to our old landlord notarized in a timely manner. He met us at houses within an hour of calling him. Nicole, his assistant, is also very helpful. He is constantly looking for ways to improve with his clients and he will always make sure you are taken care of. For example, the house we bought needed some floors replaced near our utility closet. The old homeowner got the floors fixed, but they did not check to see if the door to the utility closet still shut. So when we moved in we had a door that wasnt able to close because of the new flooring that was installed. I am only 23 years old and I havent been able to get power tools yet for myself, so Matt insisted that he help me with the door. He brought his own tools over to our new house and cut the bottom of the door off to make sure that our door could shut. This man deserves an award. I tell everyone about Matt and thats why I'm writing this review.

ZillowVERIFIED Matthew approached me when I mentioned I was looking to purchase a house. I am a firefighter and he specifically mentioned that he enjoys representing firefighters in order to get them the best deal possible (if you're public service, ask him about the Homes to Heroes program). He was able to give very detailed and solid advice for a first time home buyer. We walked away from another deal based on his recommendations. Ultimately, we found the house that we ended up buying. Based on his knowledge and expertise, we determined that this house would sell very quickly unless we jumped on it. He worked very hard to get us this house. I highly recommend him not just because of his honesty, but because he will work incredibly hard to get you exactly what you want.
