This man. Matt has the patience and kindness of a saint. We interrupted his Holidays and vacations (not intentionally), and he never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Our three young children accompanied us on each house tour and he embraced them and included them throughout the process--they adore "Mr. Smith"!
