    Matt helped me to sell my first house. He came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction we had with him after that was the same. He proposed an efficient sale process, provided advice for staging, helped with getting amazing photographs, and was an excellent communicator with us throughout the whole process. Overall the sale went very well and I would highly recommend having him as a realtor.
