EXP REALTY LLC

Working with Matt was a wonderful experience - I really felt that his top priority was helping me find the right place. He was patient, responsive, and very knowledgeable about the process of buying a property. I highly recommend working with him

Matt helped me to sell my first house. He came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction we had with him after that was the same. He proposed an efficient sale process, provided advice for staging, helped with getting amazing photographs, and was an excellent communicator with us throughout the whole process. Overall the sale went very well and I would highly recommend having him as a realtor.

He was there for us every step of the way, proactively keeping us informed and making sure everything stayed on track for a smooth and successful closing. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. We couldn't recommend Matt more highly. We are so grateful for all of his hard work and can honestly say we had the best experience possible.

Matt is the best realtor I have come across. He is everything and more than I could have expected from a realtor. He responds to my requests promptly and was always respectful. He only showed me homes which he knew I would consider, which is important to me in not wasting any of my time.
