Given that the sale was due to divorce it was more stressful than it should have been and Matt did a great job of staying calm. I also appreciated that he always communicated with both parties separately rather than assuming that one would pass on information to the other. Matt gave us information that helped me make decisions based on facts rather than emotions. When we were running behind schedule to get the house on the market, Matt came over and helped us put down mulch! When problems with my move out came up in the last 48 hours prior to closing Matt remained calm rather than getting irritated and making me feel worse than I already did. Moving is a stressful time. It helps to work with a realtor who understands that... One who expects hiccups and doesn't get their feathers ruffled. I highly recommend Matt and would work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Matthew's calm and professional demeanor throughout the buying process was exactly what I needed. There are a lot of overwhelming personalities out there, but I prefer his calm, no nonsense approach. He took the time to thoroughly answer my many questions throughout the process and always responded promptly to my texts/emails. He was also in touch when necessary as we needed to get to closing in three weeks. It was clear that he is extremely knowledgeable, and he never said anything he couldn't back up. If he was unsure of something, he said so and got back to me quickly with the answer. His negotiation skills are excellent and he got me a great deal.
