It showed an address but our GPS took us to the area but not to the property. We went back to the sign and called the number listed and we were transferred to Matt. He knew the property and was happy to help us. It was in a very remote area off of the paved road. He offered to meet us there. He showed us around and had a key to a camper on the property. He answered all of our questions without being a pushy sales person. He was full of information. We did purchase the property and Matt made the whole process very easy. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I started looking for a second home in the Rhinelander, WI area back in March 2020 and Matt Wallmow was highly recommended to us. We are retired, living in Iowa and have not bought a house for a very long time. Our reason for wanting a house so far north was because our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids live up there! Matt did an amazing job in helping us look at many homes on line because we lived eight hours away. On our first house hunting trip we looked at two houses and chose the first one to place a bid. Several other people also bid on the house but Matt called the sellers realtor and told her why we were moving up north. The realtor told the sellers and they decided to sell to us because of that call! If Matt hadnt gone the extra mile we might not have gotten our new home. I recommend if you are looking for a realtor, call Matt Wallmow. He is honest, kind, very knowledgeable and will keep your interests first!

I had alot of struggles with my loan agent as they were very unreachable and had very poor communication skills, but I was so blessed that Matt was there to help me with everything. Even when I couldnt reach the loan agents, Matt would do his best to reach them as well. Matt was there to answer all my questions and help with anyone concerns as well as helped with negotiating pricing and so much more with our house.
