Matthew is an awesome realtor and he goes the extra mile for you. We had sold one of our houses last year and did an excellent job. This year we are selling another place and went back to Matthew. He was really helpful by helping out. We had to get some work done on the house and we were not able to be there to let them in or get quotes and he would offer to do this for us. Knows the area because he has lived in Simi area all his life. He is down to earth and tell you how it is in the housing market.
