CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty

Matt Salit LOVES his job and it shows!! We used Matt for both selling and buying our home. His knowledge of the market allowed us top dollar when selling. This also helped when negotiating for a better price when we purchased. His knowledge of the neighborhoods found us our prefect home. Matt is deeply involved with your home buying/selling experience from start to finish to ensure you complete satisfaction. Matt comes highly recommended.

Patrick was amazing and very patient will all my questions as I was not familiar with selling a house. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. He responded very quickly. I will definitely use Patrick in the future to purchase and sell my homes.

Matt has been WONDERFUL to us as we search for our home. We've intermittently looked at different property for a better part of almost a year before finally making an offer on a home. Throughout the process, Matt did great at setting expectations each step of the way and when there were moments of stress, he was awesome at calming us down and was very responsive to calls/messages. Matt has made this entire buying experience painless and stress free for us.

Rebecca held my hand throughout the whole process. She is very easy to talk to and so willing to help. She guided me through each step and kept me abreast of what was around the bend. She takes her own pics and they are so professional looking.
