His knowledge of home repair from flipping houses was a huge asset in knowing what you're getting into with a fixer-upper, as well as assessing the market value of move-in-ready homes. I was skeptical starting our relationship after a poor experience with a previous realtor, and I was convinced I could do just as well on my own. I was wrong. Matt negotiated the price for almost three months to get it down to a realistic market value, which was vital while dealing with post-COVID inflation.
