ZillowVERIFIEDMatt was the perfect mistake. I went on Zillow after getting halfway approved for a house I really wanted, but the numbers just werent enough. I clicked on a random house in my price range and hit aEUR~yes when it asked if I wanted to see it. I didnt know how to look for a realtor, so Zillow teamed me up with MattaEUR|and he ended up being a pleasant surprise. From start to finish, Matt was patient, responsive, and honest. He never made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions, and he explained every step in a way I could actually understand. Buying a home as a working mom with a lot on my plate is stressful enough, but Matt kept things calm, stayed on top of details, and advocated for me the whole way through. If youre like me and just clicking buttons on Zillow, do yourself a favor and hope you aEUR~accidentally get matched with a Matt too. What I appreciated most is that he didnt treat me like a file, he treated me like a person with a real family and a real dream. Even when things were frustrating, he stayed patient, kept communicating, and kept working behind the scenes so I didnt have to carry it all by myself. If you want somebody who wont tap out on you the second things get complicated, Matt is that guy.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt was amazing at every step of the process as we purchased the perfect home for us, which was so much better than we thought we could get! He was always kind, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, gave great advice, and was excellent at negotiations on our behalf. He guided us through all paperwork and helped us plan multiple multi-property day trips week after week. I highly recommend him for anyone seeking a home!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Matt not only found us our dream home, but a home with zero compromises. He literally checked every box and then some! If that wasnt enough, his responsiveness was through the roof. We almost felt bad how much we required of him due to our short transfer period (three weeks). None the less, Matt hit it out of the park, scored us a beautiful home and we made a new friend all at the same time. If youre looking for a trust worthy, hard working, honest realtor, stop searchingaEUR| youve already found him!

ZillowVERIFIED I was completely happy with my experience with Matt. We had a problem where our vacant property was vandalized while it was on the market, and Matt was a calming influence during that stressful time, even offering advice on how to better secure the property. Always quick to answer a call or text. Would definitely recommend him to somebody looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED If you want to buy, rent, or sell Matt is the man to see. It took a little while to find a house that worked my the type of loan I was using, but within 2 hours of it going on the market Matt and I went there, looked at the house, and put in an offer. Matt made sure I got a great deal and everything went smoothly. He knows Southern Maryland like the back of his hand. He knows the ins and outs of foreclosed homes and the rehab process. I'm very happy to have chosen Matt and will use him again in a few years when I start buying rental properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt helped my wife and I buy our first house. Being new to the homebuying experience, it was extremely helpful to have someone that made sure we understood each step of the process. His desire to make our dream of homeownership was very evident in how he dealt with us, and the others involved in our transaction. He met with us and our lender, and made sure we even understood the loan options and process. I recommend Matt to everyone who I hear is looking to buy or purchase a home in the southern Maryland area.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. He helped steer us through the tough process of buying a foreclosed house during the crash of 2008/09. It was not easy but Matt got us through it. You will not find a better real estate agent!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were in the market for our first home as a couple and unsure about the area and options. Matt was extremely helpful and patient during our research and buying process. We finally found a house we fell in love with in a very aggressive market. Matt was extremely timely, ensuring we were the first offer that the buyer would consider. As a result of Matt's negotiation skills, the sellers accepted the offer and we could not be happier!
