ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about how fantastic Matt and Terry Davis were, selling our home. We had lived in it for over 3 decades. Last fall we asked them to stop by and look things over to advise us on what we needed to do to get it ready for selling in the late spring. Their advice was superb. We asked for a ball park estimate and despite how crazy the home improvement market had been and the cost of supplies and workers, they were spot on. They referred us to excellent contractors. They were there for us anytime we had questions, responding very quickly. They provided support and encouragement and helped us keep to the timeline we wanted. But they never pressured or nagged us. We recommend them highly if you are selling your home or looking to buy one. They are very experienced and highly qualified. Once our house was on the market and offers came in, they helped us make the best choice and we had no issues with closing and settlement. It went through smoothly and on the planned date.
