I can't say enough about how fantastic Matt and Terry Davis were, selling our home. We had lived in it for over 3 decades. Last fall we asked them to stop by and look things over to advise us on what we needed to do to get it ready for selling in the late spring. Their advice was superb. We asked for a ball park estimate and despite how crazy the home improvement market had been and the cost of supplies and workers, they were spot on. They referred us to excellent contractors. They were there for us anytime we had questions, responding very quickly. They provided support and encouragement and helped us keep to the timeline we wanted. But they never pressured or nagged us. We recommend them highly if you are selling your home or looking to buy one. They are very experienced and highly qualified. Once our house was on the market and offers came in, they helped us make the best choice and we had no issues with closing and settlement. It went through smoothly and on the planned date.

Matt worked with me and dedicated his valuable time to making sure I got the house I wanted. He fought tooth and nail with the sellers realtor. Even though the seller had a better offer than mine, he still got me my dream house. Matt Davis is somebody who will go to bat for you and give you a home run. You need to pick him as your realtor because he truly wants to see you in the home YOU want. And he will stop at nothing to make sure youre happy. 10 out of 10.

After having issues with our last realtor, Matt was a blessing to have on my side. He took care of everything. His negotiating skill were amazing and he made deals that were beneficial to both parties. When we were looking for houses he booked some houses we had not even looked at (the house we bought was one of them). Always answered the phone no matter what time we called. He communicated with our mortgage company to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. He makes the home buying process easy and simple. Great guy!
