He has walked us through some very difficult buying and selling experiences, (anyone in the triangle will tell you how competitive it is) and always took the responsibility of being the de-stresser. Even if things seem to be going wrong, Matt knows how to bring you back to the excitement of selling and buying a house. He replies to late night texts and emails, knows the triangle in and out, and not only works to build a relationship with his clients, but with the people on the other side of the transaction as well. I can't imagine having more confidence sitting at a closing table. Matt obviously sees real estate as more than a job, and we appreciated that very much.

We wanted to purchase a house in the Raleigh area as a future home and investment. With that, we were looking for a place in an up and coming neighborhood. Matt knew our budget and took the time to truly understand our 'hopes' for our new home. He made quick work of putting together the search criteria and lining up homes. We were looking for our home while living remotely in California, so we were putting a lot of trust in his advice. He did an amazing job. We came for one day of onsite viewings and found a house we really liked, but were a bit hesitant on in regards to the neighborhood. Matt did a phenomenal job of leveraging his relationships to learn more about the plan for the neighborhood and made us feel very comfortable with our decision to move forward. From there, Matt served as our feet on the ground in NC - lining up professionals to help with the inspection, repairs, landscaping, etc. He was an incredibly valuable resource. I'm typically a 'go it yourself' type of person when it comes to real estate - there is no way I could've done this without Matt. We expected the search process to be difficult because the market is so hot (and it was certainly competitive.) But Matt made the process a lot easier.He knew the best neighborhoods to look in, so we usually found houses the same day they went on the market. He also had a knack for evaluating the value of homes and whether they were worth pursuing aggressively. This proved crucial. Houses in our price range go on and off the market so quickly that we sometimes had to make decisions about offers within hours.We relied on him heavily and he never let us down. We now live in a cute house in an up-and-coming neighborhood in southern Raleigh, largely because Matt advised us so well during the bidding process. We highly recommend him.
