ZillowVERIFIEDMatt went above and beyond to help me sell my Dads property while I was across the country. He stepped up to help with landscaping and security, as well as maintaining a good relationship with adjoining property owners over a question that came up.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I consider him a friend after our experience working with him. He was so patient with us while we looked for the right home for us. I think we looked at upwards of 20 before purchasing our new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt has an excellent understanding of the real estate market condition, very good understanding of marketable pricing, very prompt responses, excellent work on marketing and open houses, very hard working, honest, and very helpful. He will go above and beyond what is expected of most realtors. We lived outside of WA and he would vacuum our house after an open house. He also returned our modem since we were out of state. We will chose him again for any future buying and selling transactions. We highly recommend Matt for your real estate transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt was amazing to deal with h on our sale. First he viewed the property and made suggestions for the sale. As soon as those were completed, it went on the market and had several showings the first day with an offer over the asking price the second day. He kept us in the loop constantly as to the progress of the inspection, etc. we closed in three weeks.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt is an awesome realtor. We were buying a home in Washington State will transitioning from Georgia. He WAS always available and was able to work around my husband's schedule to show homes and recommend others. He helped us find a home without being present all the time. Drove for 4 days to walk into our home as soon as we arrived. What a remarkable agent. If needed will use his services again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, Matt stepped up and was more than we could possibly ask for in a realtor. He was there day and night to guide us through even the smallest of details and listened to all of our concerns while coming across our list of aEURoefixer-uppersaEUR? that matched our criteria. His compassion, dedication & expertise are just a few key factors that allowed this major decision to be as hassle free as you can get! We almost signed off on two different houses & if it werent for Matt looking out for our best interests, we wouldnt be as beyond happy with our dream home we have now. Each curve ball we were thrown from inspections, Matt was on top of it and incredibly proactive. Our relationship with Matt will continue for the years to come and we cant recommend anyone else in the community as trusted and hard working as Matt Mills.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt Mills was totally awesome from day one and truly had my best interest at heart and no matter what snafu came up he was on it. when I asked questions about the property he took me to the office of the building permits and the assessors office and he always answered his phone which is a huge bonus in my book I could not have been in better hands and he was respectful of the fact the owners were still living in the house I feel he deserves a paid vacation .

ZillowVERIFIED When we started looking for a house, we were working overseas. Matt was the realtor that we were connected to. Due to the ever changing situation of our family, it took us almost a year and a half to finally go through with the process. Throughout that time, Matt patiently worked with us. He was easy to communicate with, always prompt and honest with his replies as we continually asked him all sorts of questions regarding the area and the house that we were interested at that moment. By the time we finally met it felt like meeting up with an old friend. Matt is a true professional with a kind and gentle heart. When it finally came to the moment where we had to make a hard decision, Matt was by our side and offered an honest and sincere advise. It was because of that support that we ended up with an amazing brand new house in record time. He has our utmost respect and gratitude!

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Matt to anyone who is buying a home, especially if they are veterans or first time buyers. I moved my entire life from San Diego to Tacoma and started working 70+ hour weeks. He was very accomadating at working around my schedule and explained everything in detail so I understood it and made buying my first home very easy and stress free. He also helped me find something within my budget and is perfect for me and my Dog. 10/10.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt was always right there for my wife and me anytime we had a question or concern. He offered timely suggestions during the sales process and gave us options when we had them. From the outset of selling our home, we knew Matt was "in our corner." He didn't sugarcoat the few concerns we had; instead he gave us viable choices. In hindsight, his guidance and contacts allowed us to have an offer just two days after our home had been placed on the market. He also informed us promptly when several subsequent offers were made. Matt even made arrangements for an out-of-state notary to help us when we were vacationing in Hawaii at the time our sale was pending! We couldn't ask for more! We are especially pleased with Matt's advocacy both when we bought a home (3 years ago) and this current sale. Either buying or selling, Matt will work competently to achieve your real estate goal !

ZillowVERIFIED I deeply regret working with this realtor. He didn't really understand me or my needs as a buyer. He had poor attention to detail. Everything was rushed and last minute. For instance, he arranged for the re-inspection of the property for the night before the closing date. I had to remind him to get things done. I should have never worked with him. I know that I would have ended up with a house that I would have been happy with.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Matt for nearly 3 years to find the house we eventually purchased. We walked him through some of the most sea salt and rain rotted properties on the entire South Sound and even Hood Canal looking for a "fixer" cabin on waterfront. Matt was Mr. Patient all the while and we eventually spent twice the money we had budgeted but got 3 times the house we were looking for. Although he probably hopes we loose his phone number, I recommend Matt and would not hesitate to work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED I applied for a VA Loan through Veterans United, and was assigned a real estate agent through them. Approx. a month went by and I did not really feel as though my ideal situation was going to be found so I talked to Veterans United and they put me into contact with Matt. I instantly felt reassured that my needs were going to be met in my home search. He reached out to me daily to inform me of new listings and ensured that each home that we looked at fit the needs of my purchase. He found me a home within my budget, in the location that I wanted and that met my requests to the T. During the purchase process he provided me with guidance throughout the entire process and was very capable of answering every question that I could come up with. I would reccomend him to anyone that is in search of a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt helped us buy a house in Washington state while we were living in California. While we were looking at homes, he never pressured us and always went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. Once we found the home we wanted it took a lot more work on his part because he helped us do many extra things that we could not do ourselves (since we were in California). Whenever we asked Matt for help he had the urgency and did a quality job as if it were his own home. All of the home inspection items were fixed to our satisfaction and we ended up with our dream home closing on time and making friends with the sellers. We would highly recommend Matt.
