There are not enough superlatives to describe Matt Kachevas and his team. He works for you and with you. He understands a seller's constraints and beliefs. His ethics are second to none. We had worked with other realtors, whose firms were more focused on their bottom line than their client's profit. Matt provides suggestions. Matt, though, listens to you. He accepts your decisions and develops a strategy to sell your house--in our case as interest rates soared and home prices plummeted. However, with those poor conditions, we still got offers only slightly below asking and well above our lowest acceptable offer. With other realtors, we had plenty of showings and no offers. Matt may have produced fewer showings, but multiple offers... in less time He understands minimal staging, internet marketing, home appeal, and comforting potentially nervous buyers. Matt puts skin in the gameaEUR"financially and materially. He does not hesitate to spend money on superior signage, flyers, and better photography. He has plans for when and where to use drones, Matterport, and walk-through videos. He clearly explains his strategy and, as conditions change, does not hesitate to change the plan. Matt does not have a superego and does not think you must do everything he says, he works with you to meet your desires. I highly recommend Matt Kachevas and his team.

Matt is awesome! We initially had our home sold to Zillow and thought everything was in place, but it fell through with them due to poor communication. We were referred to Matt by a friend, so we called him on a Friday. He called us back the same night (while at his son's football game!) and had a game plan in place. Excellent communication and super friendly, responsive, and fun guy! Yard sign was placed next morning on Saturday and professional photos were taken with our house listed on MLS that day. He did an open house the following day on a Sunday and we had an offer on Monday! We accepted the offer! Thanks Matt for your help! Kendall, his assistant was great too! Can't highly recommend them enough!!

Bottom line...you won't be sorry having Matt Kachevas as your realtor! Matt was refreshing to work with. Very personable, knowledgable, and respectful. With Matt's know-how and assistance, we listed and sold our $500,000 home in Clark County, WA. Not once did Matt resemble a used car salesman in the process! His knowledge of the housing industry and his innovative and creative marketing strategies were very impressive. Matt always kept in good communication with us (this is VERY important to us) and was respectful of our family and crazy schedules. He made the process of selling our home much less stressful and actually an enjoyable experience.
