First property was a contender but Matt said that it was a short sale and explained the pros/cons. We moved on to find a different property with way more square footage, and when he was out of town on the day of inspection, Faith filled in...what a wonderful team they make! We closed on 12/6/24 and were all settled in by Christmas.

We really enjoyed working with him...had some good laughs which made our process more digestible...we had a contingency so sometimes it was a real nail biter. We highly recommend Matt. He is great to work with and can't wait to have him over for a BBQ when we get settled into our new home :)

I was not aware that the seller did not have the right to be there if the buyer was the one paying for the inspection. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Matt was suggested to me by my sister who found her house just a year prior to me. As he was for them, he also was amazing for me. He was available to contact at all times and did research on each property before setting up times to look at each one giving me a report to decide if I still wanted to take time to see it. While viewing the houses he listened to my input to get a better idea of what it was I was looking for in a house and it showed throughout the house searching process. Being a first home buyer is confusing and there is definitely a lot of steps to the process, but I can say that because of Matt, the process was much easier than it sounded and I now own a house I love thanks to Matt!

He was willing to look at lots of homes until I was able to find a home that I was comfortable and confident in buying. He was able to answer all of my questions in the home buying process which I had many as a new home buyer. He is always responsive to any questions or concerns. He was willing and great with negotiating with the seller on finalizing the closing and fixing several problems the home. He also worked great with the broker.
