ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin? Matt Bogosian is possibly the hardest working and proactive person Ive ever met, in all areas of life and is also just a really great guy. We knew his name before even moving to the Thompsons Station area and after hearing so many great things about him, decided we wanted him as our realtor when it came time to sell. With two young boys and right before Christmas, we decided to put our house on the market. Matt had our home beautifully staged, beautifully photographed and had a beautifully edited video of him showcasing our home within a week and our home sold in just 6 days. He has a lot of knowledge about the market and the aEURoebuyers perspectiveaEUR? and offered suggestions we never would have considered or thought of. He is also an amazing communicator and has great relationships and connections with so many realtors and home service providers in the community. We will always use Matt!!!
