Matt did a fantastic job helping us prepare our house for sale, getting it under contract quickly, and following through to ensure we got as much from the sale as possible. His strategy for making the open house events really special paid off, as we had three sound offers with a couple days of the events. Because these offers had competing escalation clauses, Matt personally negotiated amounts to be paid above appraisal value. He also negotiated some savings for the inspection related credit.
