After contacting multiple top agents in the Augusta, GA. area, Mason Barrett seem to be the best candidate for my task. The few things that stood out and made Mason Barrett our leading candidate for the position is that he was born and raised here in Augusta, GA. He knows this area and networking here locally. He is more experienced and he came across more personable. Mason put a personal and comfortable touch on everything. He made my wife and I feel like we were more than a number, that we were human beings! Mason Barrett is very down to earth, and very professional. We felt like he was on our side and that he looked out for our best interest. After finally choosing Mason to be our agent, Mason let us lead the way a bit. We would call / text him of a house we wanted to see, and he would show us that very day! (I honestly dont know how he manages it, but he would always respond right away to us, and made us feel like we were his only clients). I dreaded doing this because I know it can get crazy trying to prep the house for showings, while on nap schedules, and also having a dog and cat that need to be out of the house for showings as well. So we needed an expert to help us through the process. Mason Barrett did just that! One of the greatest things we did that made our move easy was to include a aEUR~rent back agreement to our selling of our home. Mason was able to include a 'rent-back' agreement in our contract and make the whole process more pleasant. This is a stress relief when having babies and animals. From start to finish, and even hereafter, Mason has professionally and very friendly walked us through this process. We got the house of our dreams, did it with ease (with babies and animals and all), and ended up with thousands of dollars in pocket. Mason is the best! I cant imagine working with another agent!
