Review Destanay is a great realtor. She was quick to book showings and did a great job of giving us enough details and local knowledge while also allowing the houses sell themselves. She was also quick to adjust to flexing schedules. As remote buyers it was comforting to feel like our realtor cared about our interests and was committed to making sure we had the information we needed to make informed decisions and recommendations for local (and good) experts to take care of all of the many elements of purchasing a home. Review As a first time home buyer, my experience with Mary was not good. When looking for a house to buy, Mary was responsive and helpful. But then once we had an offer accepted, Mary dropped the ball. She promised us a home warranty as a gift, and instead got us a gift card. When asked about this, she ignored the question via text. When scheduling our final walkthrough, I made an appointment with Mary and she forgot about said appointment. While apologetic, and flexible after the fact, this was frustrating. She could not attend closing, but said that a member of her team would be there. No one from her team showed up to closing. I wish Mary was a little more hands on and followed through with what she had planned. Overall, I'm disappointed and won't be recommending her to anyone.

Review We did not live in the area or state. Destany was referred to us. We started working together via phone, email and txt. We told her what we were looking for and she started her search. We also sent her homes we were interested in and she gave us information about the areas. She responded or replied to us promptly throughout the process when we had questions. If she did not know the answer, she would find out the answer. Destany accommodated my schedule to fly in and look at homes even when it was very short notice and when I could not she would do a FaceTime walk thru with us. She went above and beyond my expectations. The whole process of finding a home went smooth. It took us a month to find a home that we love. I would highly recommend Destany.

One house I listed with her on the third day she had a contract !My second house she had a buyer in 3 hours the buyer lost her job during the covid debacle and we cancelled the contract and had a new buyer the next day . Review Mary has sold 3 homes for me and helped in the acquisition of 1 in the past couple years. The longest it took to get a house under contract was 12 days. She was very knowledgeable of local market conditions. On one of the homes, she was a little unsure of price and covered the cost of an appraiser to look at the home. She also has a great network with realtors and does a good job of evaluating potential buyers in multiple offer situations. Highly recommend.

She was confident on what I would get for my home ( I wasn't) and she nailed it.
