ZillowVERIFIEDMary is a rockstar when it comes to real estate, I would highly recommend her and so would a few close friends who've used her. My selling process was exceptionally stressful but once Mary took the reins the waters calmed and the place went pending within 3 days and closed in a month, even during the midst of the holiday/winter season. She was a strong negotiator and got me everything I wanted. From start to finish she kept me updated, explaining all the nitty gritty details upon request. With a legal background she has an eye for detail and gives you straightforward answers that draw on her expertise and years of experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were fortunate enough to work with Mary both when we purchased our home and also when we sold it 5 years later. We would recommend her to anyone!! As unexperienced home buyers and sellers, Mary did such a great job of making sure everything was covered, asking the questions we didn't know to ask, and really helping us in every aspect of each process. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Portland area and was able to find us exactly what we were looking for in a home. She has spent countless hours making sure our home was ready to list when we had to move out and across the country... we wouldn't have trusted anyone other than her to do such an amazing job! You would be lucky to have Mary as your realtor! :)
