Terrific experience! Thorough, knowledgeable, professional, very industrious. Found our dream property for us and guided us through the entire purchasing experience. Looking forward to being her neighbor someday!

I contacted Fast Experts and got a call from Mary Lynn almost immediately. Talking to her for ten minutes I knew I had my agent. Knowledge and zest were key ingredients for me. We were selling our second home and had issues with dispensing the furniture. She guided us through it with great advice that resulted in a smooth closing. (she even helped me load a couple of love seats into my Uhaul). She is a great communicator, knowledgeable, helpful beyond duty. We highly recommend her and if we buy another home in the mountains, she is our gal!

I basically pulled her name out of a hat because I did not know a realtor in Blairsville. She turned out to be great! She contacted a neighbor to view the house and then reached out to me immediately. She fussed at me a bit for turning down a cash offer for a partially owner-financed sale when I made up my mind to sell the house to a friend but she was doing her job! I was in Florida and not able to do (or figure out!) a lot of things and she was right there for me. I would recommend Mary Lynn to anybody!

ZillowVERIFIEDMary Lynn was outstanding , walked us through the whole process handling any issue that popped up and dealt with the county for us on some small survey problem. When you look for a realtor, you want one that knows the market, who is professional and takes care of the small stuff! If you want to sell your property and you willing to take her advice, she will get it done for you!!!! Thank you Mary Lynn! Greg & Deb Mills

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Lynn is very professional, knows the market well, and listens to her clients wants and needs. Mary Lynn went above and beyond to make sure that the photos of my listing were excellent which led to showings of the property. We were so pleased once our vacation home sold that we used Mary Lynn for our search for a new home. Mary Lynn was very patient listening to our wants and needs for our new permanent home. We were well pleased with her services and will defiantly use her for our future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Lynn was very professional in selling our house. She told us about items that needed repairs and who to contact to do them. She kept us informed all through the sale. She took the time to keep us up to date and followed through on her part. She was a pleasure to work with. I will have her sell the house we are living in now when we sell it.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Lynn drove over 2 hours, on three separate occasions to view a property we were interested in purchasing. She continually helped us thru the process with endless hours of talking and listening and we ended up purchasing a home more suited for our needs. We went from a "lodge" in the mountains to a Lake house on Lake Chatuge. She has negotiating skills second to none and will not hesitate to go beyond to help you get the home of your dreams. There is no other real estate agent like her in the mountains or lake side. Mary Lynn knows both Georgia and North Carolina contractual laws without reproach. After the purchase of our lake house beauty in Georgia we are listing our log home in the mountains of North Carolina with her. If you are looking for a realtor that has your interests and only yours in mind then I would look no further, I recommend Mary Lynn Durfee without question. On an animal lovers note- leaving acres in NC to move to GA I had chickens that I just could not leave with anyone (I have children and they named our chickens, Sunflower, Sparkles and Ruby) Mary Lynn took personal interest and helped me place them in a loving and nurturing home, now that's PEACE OF MIND. My children know where they live and I can sleep at night. If you are not familiar with the area or were born and raised here you know Mary Lynn will be there for you and your family to ensure your house is really YOUR DREAM HOME.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Lynn Durfee drove many extra miles out of her way to video tape properties for me to view. When I found the one I wanted she worked "above and beyond the call" to make sure I was able to make a contract on it, even though it was a lot of extra work for her, as I was living in Oregon and everything had to be done "long distance". She was honest and open throughout the whole buying process, keeping me informed as we went along, and coordinated the many different out-of-state Banks, loan officers, Insurance agencies, etc, that were involved. In short, she is an excellent Agent and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to move into or sell out of the North Georgia area!

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Lynn is a top seller and has worked diligently to help us sell our unimproved lot in the north Georgia mountains. She has exceptional knowledge of the local community and is well versed in the economics of the housing market as we dig our way out of this recession. She's also a very pleasant person. We will list with her again and highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary Lynn really went beyond the average to work on details to help conclude this property purchase. She also assisted in providing a market analysis as part of my appeal to the county tax people. We looked at a large number of properties before making a decision over a number of months and she never put pressure on us to decide. We would not hesitate to use her services again.
