ZillowVERIFIEDMary has been the most pleasant Real Estate Agent Ive ever worked with. I have moved several times, looked at hundreds of properties, worked with a handful of agents. She has guided me and my fiancA(C) through our next rental agreement with the upmost precision. Mary has paid attention to the smallest of details, the ones that stuck out to me personally the most. Her professionalism and authenticity has been a huge help to us. Mary might be just a Real Estate Agent to many people, but she has quickly become someone I would consider a friend.

The house was older, probably built in the 60's. Therefore, it did not have some things that current buyers like, such as an open concept. However, she didn't let that discourage her at all. She saw things that she liked and was truly excited about them . I so appreciated her positive and energetic attitude. She immediately held an open house and kept me informed. It was a great experience. I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Mary might be the most patient and honest realtor I know! She put up with us putting our house on and off the market and then back on again a year later. She was positive about our home and gave us good feedback when needed. She helped us understand our competition and what was happening in the market. We received a low offer on our home and she believed that our home was worth more. We waited and received a strong, more realistic offer soon after the low offer. We are glad we waited for the right buyer. She was willing to hold open houses as needed and she was willing to work with buyers without agents. She kept a positive outlook on the home sale throughout the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED Finding and purchasing a house is never fun, but working with Mary made this purchase very enjoyable. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail was more than I could have ever expected. She was always available no matter the time of day, both weekdays and weekends. Whenever I had a question, she would always get me the answer right away. I never had to ask the same question twice. She asked me questions and offered me honest opinions on the different properties I looked at. She made me think about what I really wanted to make sure I would be happy not only with the house but the community as well. There was never any pressure applied to make a quick purchase. ZillowVERIFIED Mary Lavin was great to work with. She represented me with both the sale and the purchase of the house. Mary is very knowledgeable of every aspect of the sale and purchase of homes. She did an amazing job marketing our home. When there was delays due to financing problems with the sellers Mary took care of everything and worked with the agent of the sellers of our new home so that the delay did not cause us to lose the new home. I would highly recommend Mary as an agent and will use her on all further sales and purchases in the future.
