Review Martha, was amazing! We are first time home buyers and it was overwhelming through out the process but she made us feel at ease with her knowledge and professionalism. She was very patient with us and walked us through all the steps. If we had questions or concerns she would get back to us very quickly. She went above and beyond for us, although our case was a bit bumpy due to the seller's broker, but Martha has awesome negotiation skills and she got us into the home we wanted. She made sure that everything was properly done and closing date went very smooth. She is very professional and has a big heart. I would HIGHLY recommend Martha Thomas. She will not let her clients down.

Review Moving to a new city, a stranger in a strange land, shortly after my 79th birthday could have been overwhelming if it were not for Martha Thomas. She made a list of every house she thought was a "possible," drove me all over Hobbs, patiently explained the advantages of each place, took me to lunch and then showed me the house I bought. She wrote the offer, made a persuasive presentation in my behalf, provided the name of a reliable property inspector and sent pictures of repairs to the roof as they were being made. She went far beyond what might reasonably be expected from a realtor as she guided me through unfamiliar territory as I bought the property.I am eagerly anticipating getting to know Martha not only as realtor, but also as friend. People who are looking for property in Lea County can find no realtor better able to meet their needs than Martha Thomas.

Review Martha Thomas is truly a 5-STAR realtor! We moved from Sherman, TX to Hobbs, NM, a distance of four hundred miles. Martha made the purchase of a new home as seamless as if we were moving only a few blocks. She truly listened and heard what we needed in a house, and when we made the eight hour trip to look at homes, Martha had a wonderful array of home tours scheduled. We were able to find our perfect home and negotiate a contract on that very day!
