Working with Martha was like have a friend, cheerleader, and business partner rolled into one person. She knows the process and guided me through every step, letting me know what comes next. She is a good, but fair negotiator, and as a buyers agent kept a business perspective while helping me to keep good relations with the seller. Martha never told me what decisions to make, but gave me things to think about before making decisions. She helped me find partners for mortgage, inspectors, and all the various parties required to complete a purchase with due diligence. And after the sale, she checked up on me and ensured I got some additional elements in place as I moved into my new home. Martha obviously has experience, shes professional, and yet shes not afraid to hold your hand along the journey!
