Engel & Voelkers New Orleans

I am happy! Martha took the time to understand what I was looking for and then went and found it. She was always responsive and continually helped where my knowledge lacked and drove the deal to close. I am thankful and grateful and would recommend her to anyone.

We had an excellent experience working with Martha! She was very patient with us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She constantly checked in with us, thoroughly answered any questions or concerns we had, explained the buying process very well, and she was overall such a delight to work with. She is very caring and kind. Very responsive, and helped us with the negotiation process. I would highly recommend Martha to anyone.

Working with Martha was like have a friend, cheerleader, and business partner rolled into one person. She knows the process and guided me through every step, letting me know what comes next. She is a good, but fair negotiator, and as a buyers agent kept a business perspective while helping me to keep good relations with the seller. Martha never told me what decisions to make, but gave me things to think about before making decisions. She helped me find partners for mortgage, inspectors, and all the various parties required to complete a purchase with due diligence. And after the sale, she checked up on me and ensured I got some additional elements in place as I moved into my new home. Martha obviously has experience, shes professional, and yet shes not afraid to hold your hand along the journey!

Martha was patient and kind and very knowledgeable about the entire process. She was open to looking at any houses that we requested and extremely flexible and accommodating. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy.

Martha, was very knowledgeable, And made the whole experience Easy, enjoyable, and fun! And she is a super sweet person!! I would highly Recommend her to anyone! And she has become a friend!!
