ZillowVERIFIED This must be your Realtor!! I cold called Marshall from a review I found on Zilliow. I am military and was moving from Memphis, TN to the Hampton Roads area. On the first call he answered and made me feel like a priority! He took the time to build rapport with my wife and children while trying to make sense of our rambling ideas on what features we were interested in for our home. His personalized method of communication was refreshing and I can attest that he was always available to talk and never let a day or night go by with me wondering about what transpired with a property, offer, or lead. Marshall looked at quite a few houses on the drop of the hat for us, sending great HD videos and chats on property, tried to negotiate great offers to fit our needs, and quickly landed us a lead that matched our moving timeframe and housing needs. It was a new construction we previously hadnt know about through normal online research. It was a leap of faith spending north of 400k sight un-seen but I had to trust someone and Marshall certainly earned that! After contracting, his work didnt stop there! He would send us videos of the construction progress out of the blue, drop by and speak with the builder on progress on our behalf, and even negotiated an extra finished room on our behalf that the sellers agent and builder didnt agree should have been finished per the plans easily adding thousands of equity over homes in the project just by remaining persistent on our behalf! When it came time for our inspection walkthroughaEUR|Marshall made sure we were represented and used his years of experience to call out the builder for every fault my inexperienced eyes missed! He will be the only one I look to when its time to sell my house and hes the only Agent Id recommend in the Williamsburg, Hampton Roads region! At the time, the most desirable properties in Fords Colony were literally aEURoeselling like hotcakes.aEUR? We began working with a realtor referred to us by friends. Several times we would call our realtor and request to see a new Fords Colony listing, only to discover, when that realtor was finally able to take us to the property, that it was already under contract. Finally, when a promising property opened up, we decided not to use our realtor and contacted the advertising agent directly. The realtor did not have the time to show us the property but instead referred us to Marshall, who called us the same day and arranged for us to see that property and two others the next day. This is the best thing that happened to us during the entire process. We did not purchase that particular property, but, every time we spotted a promising listing, Marshall was available make time to take us to see it immediately. This paid off. We found the perfect property in one of Fords Colonys best neighborhoods, and, with Marshalls help and guidance, we able to immediately put an offer on the property. After we purchased this property, we needed to sell our townhouse and we chose Marshall as our listing agent.
