Started with Marshall because I saw he had pretty good reviews...was trying to get info on a few homes in Albany but the responsiveness from Marshall was lacking but I still continued to give him a chance- waited a couple of days for some communication, which i shouldn't be! we all know the urgency in the market these days, but Marshall was not attentive to that, so I am giving him a single star...for no effort.

As a first-time buyer, I was so clueless on what was involved in buying a house it was so overwhelming till i found Arielle.
