CM Fox Real Estate

Arielle helped us buy a home in Albany a few months ago. She really kept high standards for our price point until we found a great match! Arielle was also extremely proactive and helped correct issues that came up along the way with our lender. We had some close calls to where the sellers almost backed out due to hiccups in the mortgage process. Thanks to Arielle we closed more or less on time, on budget and with concessions! We couldn't be happier!

I wish that I could put a song up here to describe Arielle she is simply the best better than all the rest. She made the process exciting and I learned a lot at the same time she didnt gatekeep she helped, aided, assisted and counseled and ultimately helped me to pick the best property I could possibly find that complimented me and my financial situation shes at the scratch line when it comes to negotiations and she was there with me every step of the way and I didnt feel like I was being pressured into doing anything. I felt like family not a big ole dollar sign. Thank you Arielle again you are simply the best better than all The rest. The song truly fits you again its been a pleasure get Arielle Roberts if your serious about buying a property.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Arielle for over 20 years. I have followed her career journey from when she entered the field of real estate and I saw her educate herself about the field, so she could be an asset to all of her clients. I was able to see her carry over her core values to the way she does business, so when I decided it was time to start the house buying process I already knew I wanted to work with her. Fortunately, I ran into her at an event a few months before I was ready and was able to mention I would be needing her services soon. Arielle made what most would consider a stressful situation into a a very organized and easy process. She runs her business with great care, dedication, professionalism, integrity, and love. I also saw all of those qualities in everyone who she works with from the lender, the home inspector, and any of the assessors needed to move forward with the purchase of my new home. I'm so excited to start this next chapter with my son in our new home. I can not thank Arielle and her team enough for getting me to the finish line!

She was wonderful, and definitely would recommend. She was knowledgeable. She listens to what your wants and needs are and guides you based on that. Shes responsive and supportive. If you have any concerns or questions, she gives you the answers and reassurance that is needed in those times.

Arielle was absolutely outstanding. We were first time home buyers with a million questions and not a clue on how this process worked! It took us over a year to be ready to buy a house and she was there guiding us every step of the way. She was patient but to the point. She makes sure you are always the priority and her knowledge and experience is truly unmatched. We truly couldnt have done this without her guidance. Beyond grateful to her and so happy we chose her in this journey.
