I had done my research on top selling agents in the neighborhood and for the type of house I was selling in Burbank. She came out far ahead of the pack and so she became my selling agent. The market for the size and type of home I was selling was somewhat slow and Marlin was a total professional, getting that house in optimal selling condition. She was very responsive to all my texts, suggestions requests etc. she held numerous open houses and reached out to her many contacts. When it came time to putting together the actual sale, she was a solid negotiator, and I believe both Myself and the buyer were mutually satisfied by the purchase terms.
