Marlene & Richard Chavez

Marlene and Richard have a simple and very positive motto that they live by; "We Believe". They believe in family, hard work, and achieving their dreams. This includes believing in their clients. Through their diligence, determination and dedication they strive to surpass all of their clients' expectations. They have lived in Orange County almost all of their lives and are very knowledgeable of the Orange County and Riverside County real estate markets. Their passion, work ethic, and expertise combine to create a positive experience that produces results for their clients. Marlene and Richard are married and have five children. They work as a cohesive team, Marlene a Realtor and Richard as the Associate / Administrative Assistant.
