We couldn't have been more happy to have worked with Marlee to find our home in Roanoke. We were moving from out-of-state, so having a realtor that we could trust and understand our needs was vital to the process. With young children, we also needed a realtor who understood that we couldn't just hop in the car and drive eight hours on a whim to look at a house or two at a time. This is where Marlee's empathy, knowledge, and communication came into play. She got to knowing us, what we were looking for, and how to communicate with us. She committed to an entire weekend with us, offering to take us to some 17(!) different houses. While it was quite the tour, and came with its downsides, it was what we needed to understand the market and the types of homes available, and learn what was common in Roanoke housing. Marlee was a pro. She came with a plan and helped us weed throught the list, while staying upbeat and positive during a VERY long weekend. She also did a few virtual tours for us after we returned home and knew exactly what to look for and how to describe the property. When it came time to make offers and negotiate with sellers, she listened first and made sure that we felt heard and respected before working with us on decisions. We really felt like she had our best interests at heart. She's just an all around great preson and I loved getting to know her. 10/10 experience with a 10/10 realtor!

Marlee is a fantastic listener! She showed us 3 houses we thought we wanted, and once we described what we did want, she nailed it! We looked at 2 more to rule out location and bought the 3rd house she showed us. We were delighted with her attention to detail and ease of operation. She remained completely available and worked diligently to meet our time restraints, traveling from another state.
